Malachite is a very beautiful unique stone that comes with a variety of patterns. It is a copper carbonate mineral. As you can see it contains fibrous banding throughout it of a light and dark shades. Metaphysically malachite is an excellent stone of protection. Many people actually use these stones to rid bad energy as they sleep by placing it by their window to remove bad dreams. Malachite also was believed to protect against the evil eye.
